Sasaki grows oysters with an unbelievable amount of time and effort and sells them as “Yonesaki Oysters.” When his customers tell him how much they savor the oysters, he feels a strong sense of fulfillment. He believes that if all producers feel fulfilled, their children may become fishermen when they grow up. His vision is to turn the shore into an attractive place. Sasaki continues to grow his oysters diligently with the technique he learned from his predecessors and strives to preserve the Yonesaki Brand.
